As you enter the property there is a light and spacious tiled entrance hall leading to the ground floor double bedroom with door leading to enclosed courtyard (TV in room). There is a shower room with W.C and wash basin on the ground floor. An internal door leads to the garage containing a family games table. A separate Utility Room contains the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes drying area.

First Floor: 
The modern open-plan living and dining-room has fantastic views towards the sea and lifeboat station and a beautiful wood-burning stove to keep you nice and warm during the winter months (initial logs are also included). The living room provides a lovely spacious area to relax in with comfy leather sofas and LCD Television, DVD and CD Player. The house has a well-equipped modern kitchen area with beautiful granite worktops, fridge, microwave & dish washer. The dining area is perfect for entertaining with a beautiful pine dining table seating 8 people with cream leather dining chairs and wooden flooring throughout.

The first floor landing also has a door leading to the large glass sided balcony area outside, with table, parasol and seating for 8 and to one of the Twin Bedrooms with TV and views towards the sea and separate W.C with wash basin.

Second Floor:
There are two bedrooms on the top floor each with TV; one double with views towards the sea and one twin-bedded room with built in wardrobe, wooden flooring throughout. There is plenty of space for a travel cot in either of these bedrooms. The family bathroom is on this floor with W.C, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.

Outside and Garden:
The hot tub is available £395 per week for exclusive hire.

There is a fully enclosed courtyard with patio and barbecue on the Ground Floor with views across the Holkham National Nature Reserve.
On the second floor there is a large balcony with glass sides and a table, parasol & seating for 8 with views across Holkham National Nature Reserve towards the sea. The property boasts private off road parking. A dedicated parking space for Beach Walk is located to the left hand side of the front door in front of the garden willow fencing. Additional off road parking is available for several cars in the communal area in front of the wall near the entrance to the drive.

Beach Walk is a family friendly property. We provide a Travel Cot, Stair Gates and High Chair for your little one to use as well as a games table, toys and books.
